Verse 2

And I saw a powerful angel proclaiming in a loud voice:“Who is worthy to open the scroll and to break its seals?”

Isa 29:11-12 : 11 To you this entire prophetic revelation is like words in a sealed scroll. When they hand it to one who can read and say,“Read this,” he responds,“I can’t, because it is sealed.” 12 Or when they hand the scroll to one who can’t read and say,“Read this,” he says,“I can’t read.”
Isa 41:22-23 : 22 “Let them produce evidence! Let them tell us what will happen! Tell us about your earlier predictive oracles, so we may examine them and see how they were fulfilled. Or decree for us some future events! 23 Predict how future events will turn out, so we might know you are gods. Yes, do something good or bad, so we might be frightened and in awe.
Rev 5:5 : 5 Then one of the elders said to me,“Stop weeping! Look, the Lion of the tribe of Judah, the root of David, has conquered; thus he can open the scroll and its seven seals.”
Rev 18:21 : 21 Then one powerful angel picked up a stone like a huge millstone, threw it into the sea, and said,“With this kind of sudden violent force Babylon the great city will be thrown down and it will never be found again!
Ps 103:20 : 20 Praise the LORD, you angels of his, you powerful warriors who carry out his decrees and obey his orders!
Rev 10:1 : 1 The Angel with the Little Scroll Then I saw another powerful angel descending from heaven, wrapped in a cloud, with a rainbow above his head; his face was like the sun and his legs were like pillars of fire.
