Verse 17

But now it is no longer me doing it, but sin that lives in me.

Rom 7:20 : 20 Now if I do what I do not want, it is no longer me doing it but sin that lives in me.
Rom 4:7-8 : 7 “Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; 8 blessed is the one against whom the Lord will never count sin.”
Rom 7:18 : 18 For I know that nothing good lives in me, that is, in my flesh. For I want to do the good, but I cannot do it.
Phil 3:8-9 : 8 More than that, I now regard all things as liabilities compared to the far greater value of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord, for whom I have suffered the loss of all things– indeed, I regard them as dung!– that I may gain Christ, 9 and be found in him, not because I have my own righteousness derived from the law, but because I have the righteousness that comes by way of Christ’s faithfulness– a righteousness from God that is in fact based on Christ’s faithfulness.
Jas 4:5-6 : 5 Or do you think the scripture means nothing when it says,“The spirit that God caused to live within us has an envious yearning”? 6 But he gives greater grace. Therefore it says,“God opposes the proud, but he gives grace to the humble.”
Rom 7:23 : 23 But I see a different law in my members waging war against the law of my mind and making me captive to the law of sin that is in my members.
2 Cor 8:12 : 12 For if the eagerness is present, the gift itself is acceptable according to whatever one has, not according to what he does not have.
