Verse 1

Conduct Consistent with Sound Teaching But as for you, communicate the behavior that goes with sound teaching.

1 Tim 1:10 : 10 sexually immoral people, practicing homosexuals, kidnappers, liars, perjurers– in fact, for any who live contrary to sound teaching.
Titus 1:9 : 9 He must hold firmly to the faithful message as it has been taught, so that he will be able to give exhortation in such healthy teaching and correct those who speak against it.
Titus 2:11-14 : 11 For the grace of God has appeared, bringing salvation to all people. 12 It trains us to reject godless ways and worldly desires and to live self-controlled, upright, and godly lives in the present age, 13 as we wait for the happy fulfillment of our hope in the glorious appearing of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ. 14 He gave himself for us to set us free from every kind of lawlessness and to purify for himself a people who are truly his, who are eager to do good.
Titus 3:8 : 8 Summary of the Letter This saying is trustworthy, and I want you to insist on such truths, so that those who have placed their faith in God may be intent on engaging in good works. These things are good and beneficial for all people.
2 Tim 1:13 : 13 Hold to the standard of sound words that you heard from me and do so with the faith and love that are in Christ Jesus.
1 Tim 6:3 : 3 If someone spreads false teachings and does not agree with sound words(that is, those of our Lord Jesus Christ) and with the teaching that accords with godliness,
