Verse 17

Woe to the worthless shepherd who abandons the flock! May a sword fall on his arm and his right eye! May his arm wither completely away, and his right eye become completely blind!”

Isa 9:15 : 15 The leaders and the highly respected people are the head, the prophets who teach lies are the tail.
Isa 29:10 : 10 For the LORD has poured out on you a strong urge to sleep deeply. He has shut your eyes(the prophets), and covered your heads(the seers).
