Verse 1

Now king David was old and stricken in years; and they covered him with clothes, but he couldn't keep warm.

Josh 23:1-2 : 1 It happened after many days, when Yahweh had given rest to Israel from their enemies all around, and Joshua was old and well advanced in years, 2 that Joshua called for all Israel, for their elders and for their heads, and for their judges and for their officers, and said to them, "I am old and well advanced in years.
2 Sam 5:4 : 4 David was thirty years old when he began to reign, and he reigned forty years.
1 Chr 23:1 : 1 Now David was old and full of days; and he made Solomon his son king over Israel.
1 Chr 29:27-28 : 27 The time that he reigned over Israel was forty years; he reigned seven years in Hebron, and thirty-three [years] reigned he in Jerusalem. 28 He died in a good old age, full of days, riches, and honor: and Solomon his son reigned in his place.
Ps 90:10 : 10 The days of our years are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty years; yet their pride is but labor and sorrow, for it passes quickly, and we fly away.
Luke 1:7 : 7 But they had no child, because Elizabeth was barren, and they both were well advanced in years.
Gen 24:1 : 1 Abraham was old, and well stricken in age. Yahweh had blessed Abraham in all things.
Gen 18:11 : 11 Now Abraham and Sarah were old, well advanced in age. Sarah had passed the age of childbearing.
