Verse 5

Samuel said, "Gather all Israel to Mizpah, and I will pray for you to Yahweh."

Judg 20:1 : 1 Then all the children of Israel went out, and the congregation was assembled as one man, from Dan even to Beersheba, with the land of Gilead, to Yahweh at Mizpah.
1 Sam 7:12 : 12 Then Samuel took a stone, and set it between Mizpah and Shen, and called its name Ebenezer, saying, "Yahweh helped us until now."
