Verse 18

In everything give thanks, for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus toward you.

Eph 5:20 : 20 giving thanks always concerning all things in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, to God, even the Father;
Phil 4:6 : 6 In nothing be anxious, but in everything, by prayer and petition with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.
Col 3:17 : 17 Whatever you do, in word or in deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father, through him.
Heb 13:15 : 15 Through him, then, let us offer up a sacrifice of praise to God continually, that is, the fruit of lips which proclaim allegiance to his name.
1 Pet 2:15 : 15 For this is the will of God, that by well-doing you should put to silence the ignorance of foolish men:
