Verse 20

For however many are the promises of God, in him is the "Yes." Therefore also through him is the "Amen," to the glory of God through us.

Heb 7:6 : 6 but he whose genealogy is not counted from them has accepted tithes from Abraham, and has blessed him who has the promises.

Heb 11:13 : 13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth.
Heb 11:39-40 : 39 These all, having had testimony given to them through their faith, didn't receive the promise, 40 God having provided some better thing concerning us, so that apart from us they should not be made perfect.
