Verse 15

Hezekiah prayed before Yahweh, and said, "Yahweh, the God of Israel, who sit [above] the cherubim, you are the God, even you alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth. You have made heaven and earth.

Therefore your servant has found in his heart to pray this prayer to you. 28 "Now, O Lord Yahweh, you are God, and your words are truth, and you have promised this good thing to your servant.
