Verse 3

The king stood by the pillar, and made a covenant before Yahweh, to walk after Yahweh, and to keep his commandments, and his testimonies, and his statutes, with all [his] heart, and all [his] soul, to confirm the words of this covenant that were written in this book: and all the people stood to the covenant.

We will not forsake the house of our God.
Ps 19:7-9 : 7 Yahweh's law is perfect, restoring the soul. Yahweh's testimony is sure, making wise the simple. 8 Yahweh's precepts are right, rejoicing the heart. Yahweh's commandment is pure, enlightening the eyes. 9 The fear of Yahweh is clean, enduring forever. Yahweh's ordinances are true, and righteous altogether.
