Verse 19

They took hold of him, and brought him to the Areopagus, saying, "May we know what this new teaching is, which is spoken by you?

Acts 17:22 : 22 Paul stood in the middle of the Areopagus, and said, "You men of Athens, I perceive that you are very religious in all things.
Mark 1:27 : 27 They were all amazed, so that they questioned among themselves, saying, "What is this? A new teaching? For with authority he commands even the unclean spirits, and they obey him!"
John 13:34 : 34 A new commandment I give to you, that you love one another, just like I have loved you; that you also love one another.

The old commandment is the word which you heard from the beginning. 8 Again, I write a new commandment to you, which is true in him and in you; because the darkness is passing away, and the true light already shines.
