Verse 23

For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has brought trouble on this people; neither have you delivered your people at all."

Ps 118:26 : 26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh! We have blessed you out of the house of Yahweh.
Isa 26:17-18 : 17 Like as a woman with child, who draws near the time of her delivery, is in pain and cries out in her pangs; so we have been before you, Yahweh. 18 We have been with child. We have been in pain. We gave birth, it seems, only to wind. We have not worked any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
