Verse 23

In that day, says Yahweh of Armies, will I take you, Zerubbabel, my servant, the son of Shealtiel,' says Yahweh, 'and will make you as a signet, for I have chosen you,' says Yahweh of Armies."

I said, "No, my lord." 14 Then he said, "These are the two anointed ones who stand by the Lord of the whole earth."
