Verse 4

I will give boys to be their princes, and children shall rule over them.

Eccl 10:16 : 16 Woe to you, land, when your king is a child, and your princes eat in the morning!
1 Kgs 3:7-9 : 7 Now, Yahweh my God, you have made your servant king instead of David my father. I am but a little child. I don't know how to go out or come in. 8 Your servant is in the midst of your people which you have chosen, a great people, that can't be numbered nor counted for multitude. 9 Give your servant therefore an understanding heart to judge your people, that I may discern between good and evil; for who is able to judge this your great people?"
2 Chr 33:1 : 1 Manasseh was twelve years old when he began to reign; and he reigned fifty-five years in Jerusalem.
2 Chr 34:1 : 1 Josiah was eight years old when he began to reign; and he reigned thirty-one years in Jerusalem.
2 Chr 36:2 : 2 Joahaz was twenty-three years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months in Jerusalem.
2 Chr 36:5 : 5 Jehoiakim was Twenty-five years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of Yahweh his God.
2 Chr 36:9 : 9 Jehoiachin was eight years old when he began to reign; and he reigned three months and ten days in Jerusalem: and he did that which was evil in the sight of Yahweh.
2 Chr 36:11 : 11 Zedekiah was twenty-one years old when he began to reign; and he reigned eleven years in Jerusalem:
