"Listen to me, house of Jacob, and all the remnant of the house of Israel, that have been borne [by me] from their birth, that have been carried from the womb;

Ps 22:9-9 : 9 But you brought me out of the womb. You made me trust at my mother's breasts. 10 I was thrown on you from my mother's womb. You are my God since my mother bore me.
Exod 19:4 : 4 'You have seen what I did to the Egyptians, and how I bore you on eagles' wings, and brought you to myself.
