Verse 26

For as the body apart from the spirit is dead, even so faith apart from works is dead.

Jas 2:20 : 20 But do you want to know, vain man, that faith apart from works is dead?
Jas 2:17 : 17 Even so faith, if it has no works, is dead in itself.
Eccl 12:7 : 7 and the dust returns to the earth as it was, and the spirit returns to God who gave it.

Job 34:14-15 : 14 If he set his heart on himself, If he gathered to himself his spirit and his breath, 15 all flesh would perish together, and man would turn again to dust.
Jas 2:14 : 14 What good is it, my brothers, if a man says he has faith, but has no works? Can faith save him?
