Verse 16

Thus says Yahweh: Refrain your voice from weeping, and your eyes from tears; for your work shall be rewarded, says Yahweh; and they shall come again from the land of the enemy.

All these did Sheshbazzar bring up, when they of the captivity were brought up from Babylon to Jerusalem.
Ps 30:5 : 5 For his anger is but for a moment. His favor is for a lifetime. Weeping may stay for the night, but joy comes in the morning.
