Verse 18

"But even in those days," says Yahweh, "I will not make a full end with you.

Jer 4:27 : 27 For thus says Yahweh, "The whole land shall be a desolation; yet will I not make a full end.
Jer 5:10 : 10 "Go up on her walls, and destroy; but don't make a full end. Take away her branches; for they are not Yahweh's.
Ezek 9:8 : 8 It happened, while they were smiting, and I was left, that I fell on my face, and cried, and said, Ah Lord Yahweh! will you destroy all the residue of Israel in your pouring out of your wrath on Jerusalem?
Ezek 11:13 : 13 It happened, when I prophesied, that Pelatiah the son of Benaiah died. Then fell I down on my face, and cried with a loud voice, and said, Ah Lord Yahweh! will you make a full end of the remnant of Israel?
Rom 11:1-5 : 1 I ask then, did God reject his people? May it never be! For I also am an Israelite, a descendant of Abraham, of the tribe of Benjamin. 2 God didn't reject his people, which he foreknew. Or don't you know what the Scripture says about Elijah? How he pleads with God against Israel: 3 "Lord, they have killed your prophets, they have broken down your altars; and I am left alone, and they seek my life." 4 But how does God answer him? "I have reserved for myself seven thousand men, who have not bowed the knee to Baal." 5 Even so then at this present time also there is a remnant according to the election of grace.
