Verse 23

"But this people has a revolting and a rebellious heart; they have revolted and gone.

Jer 6:28 : 28 They are all grievous rebels, going about with slanders; they are brass and iron: they all of them deal corruptly.
Deut 21:18 : 18 If a man have a stubborn and rebellious son, who will not obey the voice of his father, or the voice of his mother, and, though they chasten him, will not listen to them;
Ps 95:10 : 10 Forty long years I was grieved with that generation, and said, "It is a people that errs in their heart. They have not known my ways."
