Thick clouds are a covering to him, so that he doesn't see. He walks on the vault of the sky.'

Ps 139:11-12 : 11 If I say, "Surely the darkness will overwhelm me; the light around me will be night;" 12 even the darkness doesn't hide from you, but the night shines as the day. The darkness is like light to you.
Jer 23:24 : 24 Can any hide himself in secret places so that I shall not see him? says Yahweh. Don't I fill heaven and earth? says Yahweh.
Luke 12:2-3 : 2 But there is nothing covered up, that will not be revealed, nor hidden, that will not be known. 3 Therefore whatever you have said in the darkness will be heard in the light. What you have spoken in the ear in the inner rooms will be proclaimed on the housetops.
