Verse 32

He covers his hands with the lightning, and commands it to strike the mark.

Exod 10:21-23 : 21 Yahweh said to Moses, "Stretch out your hand toward the sky, that there may be darkness over the land of Egypt, even darkness which may be felt." 22 Moses stretched forth his hand toward the sky, and there was a thick darkness in all the land of Egypt three days. 23 They didn't see one another, neither did anyone rise from his place for three days; but all the children of Israel had light in their dwellings.
Job 26:9 : 9 He encloses the face of his throne, and spreads his cloud on it.
Job 37:12 : 12 It is turned around by his guidance, that they may do whatever he commands them on the surface of the habitable world,
Job 37:15 : 15 Do you know how God controls them, and causes the lightning of his cloud to shine?
Ps 18:11 : 11 He made darkness his hiding place, his pavilion around him, darkness of waters, thick clouds of the skies.
