Verse 16

Do you know the workings of the clouds, the wondrous works of him who is perfect in knowledge?

Job 36:4 : 4 For truly my words are not false. One who is perfect in knowledge is with you.
Job 36:29 : 29 Yes, can any understand the spreading of the clouds, and the thunderings of his pavilion?
Ps 104:2-3 : 2 He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain. 3 He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.
Ps 104:24 : 24 Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom have you made them all. The earth is full of your riches.
Ps 147:5 : 5 Great is our Lord, and mighty in power. His understanding is infinite.
Prov 3:19-20 : 19 By wisdom Yahweh founded the earth. By understanding, he established the heavens. 20 By his knowledge, the depths were broken up, and the skies drop down the dew.
Isa 40:22 : 22 It is he who sits above the circle of the earth, and its inhabitants are like grasshoppers; who stretches out the heavens like a curtain, and spreads them out like a tent to dwell in;
Jer 10:12-13 : 12 He has made the earth by his power, he has established the world by his wisdom, and by his understanding has he stretched out the heavens: 13 when he utters his voice, there is a tumult of waters in the heavens, and he causes the vapors to ascend from the ends of the earth; he makes lightnings for the rain, and brings forth the wind out of his treasuries.
Job 26:8 : 8 He binds up the waters in his thick clouds, and the cloud is not burst under them.
