"Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding.

Ps 104:5 : 5 He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.
Prov 30:4 : 4 Who has ascended up into heaven, and descended? Who has gathered the wind in his fists? Who has bound the waters in his garment? Who has established all the ends of the earth? What is his name, and what is his son's name, if you know?
Heb 1:10 : 10 And, "You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands.
