Blow the trumpet in Zion! Sanctify a fast. Call a solemn assembly.

Joel 1:14 : 14 Sanctify a fast. Call a solemn assembly. Gather the elders, and all the inhabitants of the land, to the house of Yahweh, your God, and cry to Yahweh.
Joel 2:1 : 1 Blow the trumpet in Zion, and sound an alarm in my holy mountain! Let all the inhabitants of the land tremble, for the day of Yahweh comes, for it is close at hand:
Num 10:3 : 3 When they blow them, all the congregation shall gather themselves to you at the door of the Tent of Meeting.
2 Kgs 10:20 : 20 Jehu said, "Sanctify a solemn assembly for Baal!" They proclaimed it.
Jer 36:9 : 9 Now it happened in the fifth year of Jehoiakim the son of Josiah, king of Judah, in the ninth month, that all the people in Jerusalem, and all the people who came from the cities of Judah to Jerusalem, proclaimed a fast before Yahweh.
1 Kgs 21:9 : 9 She wrote in the letters, saying, "Proclaim a fast, and set Naboth on high among the people.
