Verse 7

The rulers ceased in Israel. They ceased until I, Deborah, arose; Until I arose a mother in Israel.

2 Sam 20:19 : 19 I am among those who are peaceable and faithful in Israel. You seek to destroy a city and a mother in Israel. Why will you swallow up the inheritance of Yahweh?"
