Verse 40

"If a man's hair has fallen from his head, he is bald. He is clean.

Lev 13:41 : 41 If his hair has fallen off from the front part of his head, he is forehead bald. He is clean.
2 Kgs 2:23 : 23 He went up from there to Bethel. As he was going up by the way, some youths came out of the city and mocked him, and said to him, "Go up, you baldy! Go up, you baldhead!"
Song 5:11 : 11 His head is like the purest gold. His hair is bushy, black as a raven.
Isa 15:2 : 2 They have gone up to Bayith, and to Dibon, to the high places, to weep. Moab wails over Nebo and over Medeba. Baldness is on all of their heads. Every beard is cut off.
Amos 8:10 : 10 I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will make you wear sackcloth on all your bodies, and baldness on every head. I will make it like the mourning for an only son, and its end like a bitter day.
