Verse 38

Mary said, "Behold, the handmaid of the Lord; be it to me according to your word." The angel departed from her.

Ps 116:16 : 16 Yahweh, truly I am your servant. I am your servant, the son of your handmaid. You have freed me from my chains.
Rom 4:20-21 : 20 Yet, looking to the promise of God, he didn't waver through unbelief, but grew strong through faith, giving glory to God, 21 and being fully assured that what he had promised, he was also able to perform.
2 Sam 7:25-29 : 25 Now, Yahweh God, the word that you have spoken concerning your servant, and concerning his house, confirm it forever, and do as you have spoken. 26 Let your name be magnified forever, saying, 'Yahweh of Armies is God over Israel; and the house of your servant David shall be established before you.' 27 For you, Yahweh of Armies, the God of Israel, have revealed to your servant, saying, 'I will build you a house.' Therefore your servant has found in his heart to pray this prayer to you. 28 "Now, O Lord Yahweh, you are God, and your words are truth, and you have promised this good thing to your servant. 29 Now therefore let it please you to bless the house of your servant, that it may continue forever before you; for you, Lord Yahweh, have spoken it. Let the house of your servant be blessed forever with your blessing."
Ps 119:38 : 38 Fulfill your promise to your servant, that you may be feared.
