Verse 4

The king by justice makes the land stable, but he who takes bribes tears it down.

Dan 11:20 : 20 Then shall stand up in his place one who shall cause a tax collector to pass through the kingdom to maintain its glory; but within few days he shall be destroyed, neither in anger, nor in battle.

Ps 89:14 : 14 Righteousness and justice are the foundation of your throne. Loving kindness and truth go before your face.
Ps 99:4 : 4 The King's strength also loves justice. You do establish equity. You execute justice and righteousness in Jacob.
Prov 8:15 : 15 By me kings reign, and princes decree justice.
Prov 16:12 : 12 It is an abomination for kings to do wrong, for the throne is established by righteousness.
