Verse 25

Before the mountains were settled in place, before the hills, I was brought forth;

Ps 90:2 : 2 Before the mountains were brought forth, before you had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God.
Ps 102:25-28 : 25 Of old, you laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the work of your hands. 26 They will perish, but you will endure. Yes, all of them will wear out like a garment. You will change them like a cloak, and they will be changed. 27 But you are the same. Your years will have no end. 28 The children of your servants will continue. Their seed will be established before you." By David.
Heb 1:10 : 10 And, "You, Lord, in the beginning, laid the foundation of the earth. The heavens are the works of your hands.
Job 15:7-8 : 7 "Are you the first man who was born? Or were you brought forth before the hills? 8 Have you heard the secret counsel of God? Do you limit wisdom to yourself?
Job 38:4-9 : 4 "Where were you when I laid the foundations of the earth? Declare, if you have understanding. 5 Who determined its measures, if you know? Or who stretched the line on it? 6 Whereupon were its foundations fastened? Or who laid its cornerstone, 7 when the morning stars sang together, and all the sons of God shouted for joy? 8 "Or who shut up the sea with doors, when it broke forth from the womb, 9 when I made clouds its garment, and wrapped it in thick darkness, 10 marked out for it my bound, set bars and doors, 11 and said, 'Here you may come, but no further. Here your proud waves shall be stayed?'
