Verse 16

For the wind passes over it, and it is gone. Its place remembers it no more.

Isa 40:7 : 7 The grass withers, the flower fades, because Yahweh's breath blows on it. Surely the people are like grass.

Job 8:18-19 : 18 If he is destroyed from his place, then it shall deny him, saying, 'I have not seen you.' 19 Behold, this is the joy of his way: out of the earth, others shall spring.
Job 14:10 : 10 But man dies, and is laid low. Yes, man gives up the spirit, and where is he?
Job 27:20-21 : 20 Terrors overtake him like waters. A storm steals him away in the night. 21 The east wind carries him away, and he departs. It sweeps him out of his place.
