Verse 1

When Israel went forth out of Egypt, the house of Jacob from a people of foreign language;

Exod 13:3 : 3 Moses said to the people, "Remember this day, in which you came out from Egypt, out of the house of bondage; for by strength of hand Yahweh brought you out from this place. No leavened bread shall be eaten.
Ps 81:5 : 5 He appointed it in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out over the land of Egypt, I heard a language that I didn't know.
Gen 42:23 : 23 They didn't know that Joseph understood them; for there was an interpreter between them.
Exod 12:41-42 : 41 It happened at the end of four hundred thirty years, even the same day it happened, that all the armies of Yahweh went out from the land of Egypt. 42 It is a night to be much observed to Yahweh for bringing them out from the land of Egypt. This is that night of Yahweh, to be much observed of all the children of Israel throughout their generations.
Isa 11:16 : 16 There will be a highway for the remnant that is left of his people from Assyria, like there was for Israel in the day that he came up out of the land of Egypt.
