Verse 17

The dead don't praise Yah, neither any who go down into silence;

Ps 6:5 : 5 For in death there is no memory of you. In Sheol, who shall give you thanks?
Ps 31:17 : 17 Let me not be disappointed, Yahweh, for I have called on you. Let the wicked be disappointed. Let them be silent in Sheol.
Ps 88:10-12 : 10 Do you show wonders to the dead? Do the dead rise up and praise you? Selah. 11 Is your loving kindness declared in the grave? Or your faithfulness in Destruction? 12 Are your wonders made known in the dark? Or your righteousness in the land of forgetfulness?
Isa 38:18-19 : 18 For Sheol can't praise you. Death can't celebrate you. Those who go down into the pit can't hope for your truth. 19 The living, the living, he shall praise you, as I do this day. The father shall make known your truth to the children.
Ps 30:9 : 9 "What profit is there in my destruction, if I go down to the pit? Shall the dust praise you? Shall it declare your truth?
1 Sam 2:9 : 9 He will keep the feet of his holy ones, but the wicked shall be put to silence in darkness; for no man shall prevail by strength.
