Verse 14

I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people.

Ps 22:25 : 25 Of you comes my praise in the great assembly. I will pay my vows before those who fear him.
Ps 116:18 : 18 I will pay my vows to Yahweh, yes, in the presence of all his people,
