Verse 54

Your statutes have been my songs, in the house where I live.

Gen 47:9 : 9 Jacob said to Pharaoh, "The days of the years of my pilgrimage are one hundred thirty years. Few and evil have been the days of the years of my life, and they have not attained to the days of the years of the life of my fathers in the days of their pilgrimage."
Ps 10:1 : 1 Why do you stand far off, Yahweh? Why do you hide yourself in times of trouble?
Ps 89:1 : 1 I will sing of the loving kindness of Yahweh forever. With my mouth, I will make known your faithfulness to all generations.
Heb 11:13-16 : 13 These all died in faith, not having received the promises, but having seen them and embraced them from afar, and having confessed that they were strangers and pilgrims on the earth. 14 For those who say such things make it clear that they are seeking a country of their own. 15 If indeed they had been thinking of that country from which they went out, they would have had enough time to return. 16 But now they desire a better country, that is, a heavenly one. Therefore God is not ashamed of them, to be called their God, for he has prepared a city for them.
