The fool has said in his heart, "There is no God." They are corrupt. They have done abominable works. There is none who does good.

He has ceased to be wise and to do good. 4 He plots iniquity on his bed. He sets himself in a way that is not good. He doesn't abhor evil.

Matt 12:34 : 34 You offspring of vipers, how can you, being evil, speak good things? For out of the abundance of the heart, the mouth speaks.
Matt 15:19 : 19 For out of the heart come forth evil thoughts, murders, adulteries, sexual sins, thefts, false testimony, and blasphemies.
