Verse 11

It sent out its branches to the sea, Its shoots to the River.

Ps 72:8 : 8 He shall have dominion also from sea to sea, from the River to the ends of the earth.
Gen 15:18 : 18 In that day Yahweh made a covenant with Abram, saying, "To your seed I have given this land, from the river of Egypt to the great river, the river Euphrates:
Exod 23:31 : 31 I will set your border from the Red Sea even to the sea of the Philistines, and from the wilderness to the River; for I will deliver the inhabitants of the land into your hand, and you shall drive them out before you.
