Verse 2

Let each one of us please his neighbor for that which is good, to be building him up.

1 Cor 10:24 : 24 Let no one seek his own, but each one his neighbor's good.
Rom 14:19 : 19 So then, let us follow after things which make for peace, and things by which we may build one another up.
1 Cor 9:19-22 : 19 For though I was free from all, I brought myself under bondage to all, that I might gain the more. 20 To the Jews I became as a Jew, that I might gain Jews; to those who are under the law, as under the law, that I might gain those who are under the law; 21 to those who are without law, as without law (not being without law toward God, but under law toward Christ), that I might win those who are without law. 22 To the weak I became as weak, that I might gain the weak. I have become all things to all men, that I may by all means save some.
1 Cor 10:33-11:1 : 33 even as I also please all men in all things, not seeking my own profit, but the profit of the many, that they may be saved. 1 Be imitators of me, even as I also am of Christ.
