Verse 12

Yahweh will inherit Judah as his portion in the holy land, and will again choose Jerusalem.

Deut 32:9 : 9 For Yahweh's portion is his people. Jacob is the lot of his inheritance.
Zech 1:17 : 17 "Proclaim further, saying, 'Thus says Yahweh of Armies: "My cities will again overflow with prosperity, and Yahweh will again comfort Zion, and will again choose Jerusalem."'"
Jer 10:16 : 16 The portion of Jacob is not like these; for he is the former of all things; and Israel is the tribe of his inheritance: Yahweh of Armies is his name.
