Verse 20

In his days Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah, and made a king over themselves.

1 Kgs 22:47 : 47 There was no king in Edom: a deputy was king.
2 Kgs 3:9 : 9 So the king of Israel went, and the king of Judah, and the king of Edom; and they made a circuit of seven days' journey: and there was no water for the host, nor for the animals that followed them.
2 Kgs 3:27 : 27 Then he took his eldest son who would have reigned in his place, and offered him for a burnt offering on the wall. There was great wrath against Israel: and they departed from him, and returned to their own land.
2 Kgs 8:22 : 22 So Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah to this day. Then did Libnah revolt at the same time.
2 Chr 21:8-9 : 8 In his days Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah, and made a king over themselves. 9 Then Jehoram passed over with his captains, and all his chariots with him: and he rose up by night, and struck the Edomites who surrounded him, along with the captains of the chariots. 10 So Edom revolted from under the hand of Judah to this day: then did Libnah revolt at the same time from under his hand, because he had forsaken Yahweh, the God of his fathers.
Gen 27:40 : 40 By your sword will you live, and you will serve your brother. It will happen, when you will break loose, That you shall shake his yoke from off your neck."
2 Sam 8:14 : 14 He put garrisons in Edom; throughout all Edom put he garrisons, and all the Edomites became servants to David. Yahweh gave victory to David wherever he went.
