Verse 27

We have sent therefore Judas and Silas, who themselves will also tell you the same things by word of mouth.

Acts 15:22 : 22 Then it seemed good to the apostles and the elders, with the whole assembly, to choose men out of their company, and send them to Antioch with Paul and Barnabas: Judas called Barsabbas, and Silas, chief men among the brothers.{The word for "brothers" here and where the context allows may also be correctly translated "brothers and sisters" or "siblings."}
Acts 15:32 : 32 Judas and Silas, also being prophets themselves, encouraged the brothers with many words, and strengthened them.
2 John 1:12 : 12 Having many things to write to you, I don't want to do so with paper and ink, but I hope to come to you, and to speak face to face, that our joy may be made full.
