Verse 4

You shall not do so to Yahweh your God.

Lev 20:23 : 23 You shall not walk in the customs of the nation, which I am casting out before you: for they did all these things, and therefore I abhorred them.
Deut 12:30-31 : 30 take heed to yourself that you not be ensnared to follow them, after that they are destroyed from before you; and that you not inquire after their gods, saying, How do these nations serve their gods? even so will I do likewise. 31 You shall not do so to Yahweh your God: for every abomination to Yahweh, which he hates, have they done to their gods; for even their sons and their daughters do they burn in the fire to their gods.
Deut 16:21-22 : 21 You shall not plant you an Asherah of any kind of tree beside the altar of Yahweh your God, which you shall make you. 22 Neither shall you set yourself up a pillar; which Yahweh your God hates.
Deut 20:18 : 18 that they not teach you to do after all their abominations, which they have done to their gods; so would you sin against Yahweh your God.
