Verse 23

For since I came to Pharaoh to speak in your name, he has brought trouble on this people; neither have you delivered your people at all."

Ps 118:26 : 26 Blessed is he who comes in the name of Yahweh! We have blessed you out of the house of Yahweh.
Isa 26:17-18 : 17 Like as a woman with child, who draws near the time of her delivery, is in pain and cries out in her pangs; so we have been before you, Yahweh. 18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not worked any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen.
