Verse 4

He said to me, Son of man, go, get you to the house of Israel, and speak with my words to them.

Ezek 2:3 : 3 He said to me, Son of man, I send you to the children of Israel, to nations that are rebellious, which have rebelled against me: they and their fathers have transgressed against me even to this very day.
Ezek 2:7 : 7 You shall speak my words to them, whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear; for they are most rebellious.
Ezek 3:11 : 11 Go, get you to them of the captivity, to the children of your people, and speak to them, and tell them, Thus says the Lord Yahweh; whether they will hear, or whether they will forbear.
Matt 10:5-6 : 5 Jesus sent these twelve out, and charged them, saying, "Don't go among the Gentiles, and don't enter into any city of the Samaritans. 6 Rather, go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel.
Matt 15:24 : 24 But he answered, "I wasn't sent to anyone but the lost sheep of the house of Israel."
Acts 1:8 : 8 But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you. You will be witnesses to me in Jerusalem, in all Judea and Samaria, and to the uttermost parts of the earth."
