Abraham ran to the herd, and fetched a tender and good calf, and gave it to the servant. He hurried to dress it.

Gen 19:3 : 3 He urged them greatly, and they came in with him, and entered into his house. He made them a feast, and baked unleavened bread, and they ate.
Judg 13:15-16 : 15 Manoah said to the angel of Yahweh, I pray you, let us detain you, that we may make ready a kid for you. 16 The angel of Yahweh said to Manoah, Though you detain me, I won't eat of your bread; and if you will make ready a burnt offering, you must offer it to Yahweh. For Manoah didn't know that he was the angel of Yahweh.

Matt 22:4 : 4 Again he sent out other servants, saying, 'Tell those who are invited, "Behold, I have made ready my dinner. My oxen and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the marriage feast!"'
Luke 15:23 : 23 Bring the fattened calf, kill it, and let us eat, and celebrate;
Luke 15:27 : 27 He said to him, 'Your brother has come, and your father has killed the fattened calf, because he has received him back safe and healthy.'
Luke 15:30 : 30 But when this, your son, came, who has devoured your living with prostitutes, you killed the fattened calf for him.'
