Verse 1

Send you the lambs for the ruler of the land from Selah to the wilderness, to the mountain of the daughter of Zion.

2 Kgs 3:4 : 4 Now Mesha king of Moab was a sheep-master; and he rendered to the king of Israel the wool of one hundred thousand lambs, and of one hundred thousand rams.

2 Sam 8:2 : 2 He struck Moab, and measured them with the line, making them to lie down on the ground; and he measured two lines to put to death, and one full line to keep alive. The Moabites became servants to David, and brought tribute.
