Verse 5

As birds hovering, so will Yahweh of Hosts protect Jerusalem; he will protect and deliver [it], he will pass over and preserve [it].

Deut 32:11 : 11 As an eagle that stirs up her nest, That flutters over her young, He spread abroad his wings, he took them, He bore them on his feathers.
Ps 91:4 : 4 He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.
Isa 38:6 : 6 I will deliver you and this city out of the hand of the king of Assyria; and I will defend this city.
Isa 37:35 : 35 For I will defend this city to save it, for my own sake, and for my servant David's sake.
