He encloses the face of his throne, And spreads his cloud on it.

Ps 97:2 : 2 Clouds and darkness are around him. Righteousness and justice are the foundation of his throne.
Hab 3:3-5 : 3 God came from Teman, The Holy One from Mount Paran. Selah. His glory covered the heavens, And his praise filled the earth. 4 His splendor is like the sunrise. Rays shine from his hand, where his power is hidden. 5 Plague went before him, And pestilence followed his feet.
1 Tim 6:16 : 16 who alone has immortality, dwelling in unapproachable light; whom no man has seen, nor can see: to whom be honor and eternal power. Amen.
Exod 20:21 : 21 The people stayed at a distance, and Moses drew near to the thick darkness where God was.
Exod 33:20-23 : 20 He said, "You cannot see my face, for man may not see me and live." 21 Yahweh also said, "Behold, there is a place by me, and you shall stand on the rock. 22 It will happen, while my glory passes by, that I will put you in a cleft of the rock, and will cover you with my hand until I have passed by; 23 then I will take away my hand, and you will see my back; but my face shall not be seen."
Exod 34:3 : 3 No one shall come up with you; neither let anyone be seen throughout all the mountain; neither let the flocks nor herds feed before that mountain."

Job 22:14 : 14 Thick clouds are a covering to him, so that he doesn't see. He walks on the vault of the sky.'
