Verse 20

When Moses heard that, it was pleasing in his sight.

2 Chr 30:18-20 : 18 For a multitude of the people, even many of Ephraim and Manasseh, Issachar and Zebulun, had not cleansed themselves, yet did they eat the Passover otherwise than it is written. For Hezekiah had prayed for them, saying, The good Yahweh pardon everyone 19 who sets his heart to seek God, Yahweh, the God of his fathers, though not [cleansed] according to the purification of the sanctuary. 20 Yahweh listened to Hezekiah, and healed the people.
Zech 7:8-9 : 8 The word of Yahweh came to Zechariah, saying, 9 "Thus has Yahweh of Hosts spoken, saying, 'Execute true judgment, and show kindness and compassion every man to his brother.
Matt 12:3-7 : 3 But he said to them, "Haven't you read what David did, when he was hungry, and those who were with him; 4 how he entered into the house of God, and ate the show bread, which was not lawful for him to eat, neither for those who were with him, but only for the priests? 5 Or have you not read in the law, that on the Sabbath day, the priests in the temple profane the Sabbath, and are guiltless? 6 But I tell you that one greater than the temple is here. 7 But if you had known what this means, 'I desire mercy, and not sacrifice,' you would not have condemned the guiltless.
Matt 12:20 : 20 He won't break a bruised reed. He won't quench a smoking flax, Until he leads justice to victory.
