Verse 13

The meal offering with it shall be two tenth parts of an ephah of fine flour mingled with oil, an offering made by fire to Yahweh for a sweet savor; and the drink offering with it shall be of wine, the fourth part of a hin.

Num 15:3-9 : 3 and will make an offering by fire to Yahweh, a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a freewill-offering, or in your set feasts, to make a sweet savor to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock; 4 then shall he who offers his offering offer to Yahweh a meal-offering of a tenth part [of an ephah] of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of oil: 5 and wine for the drink-offering, the fourth part of a hin, shall you prepare with the burnt offering, or for the sacrifice, for each lamb. 6 Or for a ram, you shall prepare for a meal-offering two tenth parts [of an ephah] of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil: 7 and for the drink-offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a sweet savor to Yahweh. 8 When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering, or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace-offerings to Yahweh; 9 then shall he offer with the bull a meal-offering of three tenth parts [of an ephah] of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil: 10 and you shall offer for the drink-offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a sweet savor to Yahweh. 11 Thus shall it be done for each bull, or for each ram, or for each of the he-lambs, or of the kids. 12 According to the number that you shall prepare, so shall you do to everyone according to their number.
Num 28:10 : 10 this is the burnt offering of every Sabbath, besides the continual burnt-offering, and the drink-offering of it.
Ezek 4:11 : 11 You shall drink water by measure, the sixth part of a hin: from time to time shall you drink.

Joel 1:13 : 13 Put on sackcloth and mourn, you priests! Wail, you ministers of the altar. Come, lie all night in sackcloth, you ministers of my God, For the meal offering and the drink offering are withheld from your God's house.
Joel 2:14 : 14 Who knows? He may turn and relent, And leave a blessing behind him, Even a meal offering and a drink offering to Yahweh, your God.
Exod 29:40-41 : 40 and with the one lamb a tenth part of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the fourth part of a hin of beaten oil, and the fourth part of a hin of wine for a drink-offering. 41 The other lamb you shall offer at evening, and shall do to it according to the meal-offering of the morning, and according to its drink-offering, for a sweet savor, an offering made by fire to Yahweh.
