Verse 30

Now there was a herd of many pigs feeding far away from them.

Lev 11:7 : 7 The pig, because he has a split hoof, and is cloven-footed, but doesn't chew the cud, he is unclean to you.
Deut 14:8 : 8 The pig, because it has a split hoof but doesn't chew the cud, is unclean to you: of their flesh you shall not eat, and their carcasses you shall not touch.
Isa 65:3-4 : 3 a people who provoke me to my face continually, sacrificing in gardens, and burning incense on bricks; 4 who sit among the graves, and lodge in the secret places; who eat pig's flesh, and broth of abominable things is in their vessels;
Isa 66:3 : 3 He who kills an ox is as he who kills a man; he who sacrifices a lamb, as he who breaks a dog's neck; he who offers an offering, [as he who offers] pig's blood; he who burns frankincense, as he who blesses an idol. Yes, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delights in their abominations:
Mark 5:11 : 11 Now there was on the mountainside a great herd of pigs feeding.
Luke 8:32 : 32 Now there was there a herd of many pigs feeding on the mountain, and they begged him that he would allow them to enter into those. He allowed them.
Luke 15:15-16 : 15 He went and joined himself to one of the citizens of that country, and he sent him into his fields to feed pigs. 16 He wanted to fill his belly with the husks that the pigs ate, but no one gave him any.
